Credibility meets delivery.
A dual-track structure that combines the trust of non-profit ecosystem building with the speed of a commercial execution arm.
Non-profit platform
The trust layer. Where ecosystem building, advisory access, and resource connection happen — without commercial pressure shaping which conversations get to take place.
- Member network and curated roundtables
- Advisory board access (four pillars)
- Cross-border resource introductions
- Programming with partner organizations (CPIC, MEDV, Tianjin, CNMIA, TONACEA)
Commercial arm
The delivery layer. Where complex, high-value projects are executed — BD diligence, licensing structuring, regulatory pathway design, and post- deal integration — by a team that does this for a living.
- Cross-border licensing and M&A advisory
- Regulatory and market-access strategy (U.S./China)
- CRO/CDMO matching and supply-chain support
- New venture formation and capital introductions
From introduction to execution.
NAPPA picks up where most alliances stop. A typical engagement begins on the platform side — a curated introduction at a roundtable, an advisory review of an asset, an invitation to a delegation visit — and, when both parties want to go further, transitions cleanly into the commercial track for diligence, deal structuring, and execution.
The two tracks are deliberately separate organizationally, so non-profit credibility is preserved, while still letting members move quickly into execution when the opportunity is real.
