NAPPA welcomes Dr. Hongwen Zhu as Scientific Advisor
A neuroscientist, chief physician, and digital-health builder joins NAPPA's scientific advisory bench.
NAPPA has appointed Dr. Hongwen Zhu as Scientific Advisor.
Dr. Zhu is a PhD in Neuroscience, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor — bridging basic research, clinical practice, and digital health. He is currently a Specially Invited Researcher at New York Medical College and previously served as VP & CTO of JD Health and Vice President of Tianjin Hospital.
Track record
He has spearheaded the implementation of orthopedic surgical robots, AI-driven diagnostic platforms, and NLP-based chronic disease management models. During his tenure at Intracellular Therapies Inc., he contributed to a $750M international partnership.
His research background spans Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Columbia University, with 100+ SCI publications focused on neurological diseases and regenerative medicine.
