NAPPA and Ouryao launch global biopharmaceutical partnership in Shenzhen
A cross-border corridor that gives North American innovators a turnkey landing pad in Shenzhen — anchored by the Ouryao (Shenzhen) Biopharmaceutical Incubator.
NAPPA has entered a Global Biopharmaceutical Strategic Partnership with Ouryao (PuGongYing), formalizing a high-efficiency cross-border corridor for biopharma innovation between North America and China. The partnership is specifically focused on empowering global projects to land and thrive in Shenzhen.
Why this partnership matters
The collaboration combines NAPPA’s North American project identification and international network with Ouryao’s deep industrial resources and local operational expertise in China — building a cooperation bridge for:
- Cross-border project matching and industrial incubation
- Talent and capital synergy
- Regulatory and policy navigation
- Global brand communication
Key highlights
Joint Promotion Committee. Led by NAPPA President John Xu and Ouryao’s leadership, the committee will oversee strategic coordination and major project advancement.
The Shenzhen hub. The Ouryao (Shenzhen) Biopharmaceutical Incubator — located in Xili Lake International Science and Education City — will serve as a primary landing site. The 2,000 sqm state-of-the-art facility provides everything from R&D labs to “1+4” office spaces.
Full-cycle empowerment. Beyond physical space, the partnership offers systemic support across company registration, clinical trial preparation, business development, and financing — including seed-to-angel investment through Ouryao Venture Capital.
Looking for global innovators
The partnership is actively seeking founding teams in:
- New drugs
- Cell & gene therapy
- Antibody drugs
- Synthetic biology
- Medical devices
- AI-driven drug discovery
The opportunity is geared toward teams looking to enter the Chinese market or establish industrial partnerships from a North American base.
This is a vital step in connecting global resources. We want to help North American projects understand the Chinese ecosystem and find the perfect landing spot for long-term growth.
