NAPPA joins the GHIS 2026 strategic partnership network

NAPPA becomes a strategic partner of the 2026 Global Healthcare Innovation Summit, held October 26–27 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong under the theme of reshaping healthcare innovation assets.

NAPPA has joined the strategic partnership network of the 2026 Global Healthcare Innovation Summit (GHIS), to be held October 26–27, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.

GHIS convenes multinational pharmaceutical companies, international investors, innovative companies, and healthcare service organizations across biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital health, and life sciences. The 2026 programme is built around transactions rather than presentations: asset roadshows, more than 200 investment institutions and industrial capital representatives, over 50 industry leaders and speakers, eight technology forums, and upwards of a thousand one-on-one business meetings.

The logic of the partnership is geographic. North America remains one of the primary sources of biopharmaceutical innovation, with deep research capability, mature technology-commercialization systems, and extensive industry resources. Hong Kong, in turn, is the gateway through which Chinese healthcare companies reach international markets and capital. The traffic between those two poles is where both organizations do their work.

NAPPA operates a dual-track model — a non-profit industry alliance alongside commercialization support services — drawing on professionals across the sector to move cross-border pharmaceutical innovation from strategic opportunity to executed transaction. Since its founding, the organization has worked to strengthen the connection between North American and Chinese innovation resources.

For NAPPA members, the practical effect is access: a venue in which to meet Chinese and international counterparties directly, and a route for North American assets into a market actively looking for them.
